HeartMath coaching provides scientifically proven, self-regulation tools which help individuals to experience the powerful connection between the mind and heart. Beyond Relaxation: Coherence

If you are long-time meditator, HeartMath does not replace these practices. I have found that it has deepened my 27 year practice of meditation.
While not essential to the effectiveness of the techniques, many people enjoy practicing HeartMath techniques while using HeartMath technology. The devices provide real-time monitoring of physiological and cognitive states. The technology also allows people to track HRV (heart rate variability) in real time and to see the effect of the techniques while practicing. The consumer devices include the handheld emWave2® and the InnerBalance® app that works with iOS and Android.
HeartMath research has been published in dozens of peer-reviewed medical journals such as the American Journal of Cardiology and is also featured in top business publications such as the Harvard Business Review.
How long is the coaching process?
I offer a 6-week HeartMath Coaching program and work with a limited number of private clients each year. Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes long, via Zoom or phone. Sessions that take place over a period of 2-3 months are most effective for establishing and maintaining lasting behavior change.
The coaching package includes worksheets and e-mail support in between sessions.
